General TOS:- What you'll get:

----- lineart file is available as a different purchasable item which will be charged with a different price
- Your illustration will be sent in a .zip through email

- Basic TAT is 7-14 days. I will contact you if I need more time
- Feel free to cancel or request a refund if you need to do so, just provide me a reason before doing so
- I may provide multiple sketch concepts when the client is unable to provide sufficient references that accomodate to their request. This process may take more than TAT period and will not be included in TAT. Since major revisions are not charged in this point, you may change concept max. 3 times.
- The firstly provided concept sketch(es) is free, but revised concept will be charged half base price and includes changes, free to max. 3 concepts. Additional concept changes will be charged half the base price plus add-ons price
- Minor revisions are free up to 5x, this amount totals from the start until the commissioned piece is finished. Additional fee of $ 1 will be charged per additional revisions. Compile your request at once or you'll be charged before you know it!
- Major changes during/after entering rendering process will be charged $5 per revision*. Unused attributes that are not included in the final piece but have been worked on during/after rendering process finished will not be refunded.
- You need to pay half upfront before I proceed to sketching, and then the rest after the final revision.
- Cancellation are possible just until the sketch is done. Full refund is possible only until your commission hasn't been fully rendered, in this case, you'll only get half of the refund. Refunds after fully rendering or in final revision stage aren't possible

- I have my rights to use my works as portofolio and post it to my social media without asking the commissioner before posting. Please ask beforehand if you don't want your commissioned piece to be posted or used as portofolio. This change would be charged 2,5x the total price
- Edit file 〈in .psd〉 is 2x total price, and 〈in .csp〉 is 3x total price. You can request the sketch-lineart-base colored illustration though, and with free of charge
- My works are still mine; you can only post the watermarked version of your commissioned piece to your social media. Give credit when it's due. Be ready to be DMCA'd if you don't
- I can use your commissioned piece as portfolio. Choose the NDA if you want otherwise
- I may tag your social media account when posting the illustration
- You can use the non-watermarked version as a wallpaper or printed for personal use
- You may repost ONLY THE WATERMARKED VERSION in your social media, and only with credit. You can also just RT my tweet of your commissioned piece

Individual buyer:
- Commercialized fee is 2,5x total price (including add-ons). Please contact me before commercialization.
- Using my works as NFTs and into AI training are prohibited. You will be charged 5x of total price (including add-ons) when discovered of doing so.
- Character creation will be regarded as commercialized commission.
- Requesting Vtuber model is acceptable, with additional $25 flat for separating parts. Of course, I will charge commercialized price for this type of commission
- I also accept commission for MV keyframes and inbetween, but I will not be animating them by myself. Contact my email for detailed information and pricing.
