- Choose the commercial use choice if you want to use them so. You will be charged 35% of the base price including add-ons
- I have my rights to use my works as portofolio and post it to my social media without asking the commissioner before posting. Please ask beforehand if you don't want your commissioned piece to be posted or used as portofolio. This change would be charged 100% of the total price
- If you plan on using the commissioned work for merchandise design, you will be charged 50% of the total price
- Edit file is 100% the total price. You can request the sketch-lineart-base colored illustration though, and with free of chargenegotiable pointsPAYMENTS
Generally you need to pay full to use VGen commission services. Payments of direct commission will be processed through PayPal or Stripe invoicing service. You may request to pay in installments--half upfront before I proceed to sketching, and then the rest after the final revision.REVISIONS
- The firstly provided concept sketch(es) is free, but revised concept will be charged half base price and includes changes, free to max. 3 concepts. Additional concept changes will be charged half the base price plus add-ons price
- Minor revisions are free up to 5x, this amount totals from the start until the commissioned piece is finished. Additional fee of $ 1 will be charged per additional revisions. Compile your request at once or you'll be charged before you know it!
- Major changes during/after entering rendering process will be charged $5 per revision. Unused attributes that are not included in the final piece but have been worked on during/after rendering process finished will not be refunded.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Basic TAT is 7-90 days (varies for each service). I will contact you if I need more time
- Feel free to cancel or request a refund if you need to, just provide me a reason before doing so
- I may provide multiple sketch concepts when the client is unable to provide sufficient references that accomodate to their request. This process may take more than TAT period and will not be included in TAT. Since major revisions are not charged in this point, you may change concept max. 2 times.
- Orders that count as rush orders will be charged minimum $10 for every 3 days rushing the deadline.USE
- My works are still mine; you can only post the watermarked version of your commissioned piece to your social media. Give credit when it's due. Be ready to be DMCA'd if you don't
- I can use your commissioned piece as portfolio. Choose the NDA if you want otherwise
- I may tag, or I maybe won't tag your social media account when posting the illustration

- You can use the non-watermarked version as a wallpaper or printed for personal use
- You may repost ONLY THE WATERMARKED VERSION in your social media, and only with credit. You can also just RT my tweet of your commissioned piece
- YOU MAY NOT RE-EDIT, RESELL, OR USE THE ILLUSTRATION IN AI TRAINING OR NFTs

- Monetized content includes, but not limited to branding through social media banners, icons, livestream thumbnails, or character design
- Commercial merchandising includes, but not limited to creation, promotion, or re-selling of products made from my services
- Getting full copyright and ownership of your design means that I will not be taking any royalties and responsibilites for future projects using the commissioned product
- These licensing option may not apply to every service I provide. Please refer to Request Form of each service to determine the usage of your commissioned productINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The commissioned piece is created and owned by SnowsTheory
- The character shown in the piece is owned by the commissioner. In the case of fanart commission, the character shown is owned by the company involved
- You may have the rights to use the piece after agreeing to pay for commercial use, or pay minimum of 200% of the total price to claim ownership (this price varies for every service)REFUNDS
Cancellation are possible just until the sketch is done. Refunding is possible only until your commission hasn't been fully rendered, in this case, you'll only get half of the refund. Refunds after fully rendering or in final revision stage aren't possibleCOMMUNICATION
